    Little box

    My old mum asked me to make a small box she can carry in her handbag for her medication. Having no chuck i had to mess about to turn this. Think the wood is sapele but may be wrong. Think I need to get some proper finishing products for this type of work any suggestions welcome. Keith

    kit suggestions

    this is a slow burning project. I need a kit that is as straight as possible- ideally the barrel will have bushings that are the same size each end and the cap the same size each end. I need at least 1mm of wood in thickness when turned. Any suggestions? the alpha might work, but I don't know...

    Acrylic pen

    My very first fountain pen. Jr gentleman with a Confetti coat (Turners retreat). Finished with Mer auto shine polish. I really like this pen. Any comments or suggestions welcome
