    I got very bored by the end!!

    Both literally and figuratively, I got very bored making the same thing over and over again. 51 short sections and 51 long sections plus 7 sets that broke on the tubes for a variety of reasons, now I know why I hate production work. The contract was for 50 Tempests in Chrome with mixed woods...

    Early Christmas present to myself.

    DeWalt DW733 thicknesser, I just couldn't turn this down as it's a steal at Ā£150. Not brand new but only used a handful of times so as good as, not a mark on it. He uses a variety of highly figured exotic wood and has offered to keep suitable offcuts for me as well - happy days.:banana:

    Playing with acrylic

    Hi all! I tried to speed up kitless turning this week. Nothing better than making series I suppose, with some colour changes for variety. But they were not as quickly done as I wished :apologetic:, more work ahead... Thanks for your comments, critics and suggestions.

    Tonight on another forum

    A guy in America expressed his delight with the pen clips from Beaufort Pens, so I went to Phil's site and the variety for sale impressed me as well.Fantastic together with the measurements for and aft. Thanks. Peter.
