Hi me again, slightly different problem with this one. Put together twist and nib comes out twist back nib stays out even with gentle push still stays out. Again ruled out tube damage, also tried new twist mech same thing so any ideas

More than likely a burr to the nib hole, either over plated or crushed when assembled.... Or a blob on the pen refill
My two best guesses
