Hi all,

I just joined this forum at the advice of some friends. I have been turning all sorts of pens for about 12 years. I enjoy segmenting, casting my own resin blanks, and have recently begun exploring polymer clay for pens. I look forward to learning new techniques and participating in discussion with other forum members.

Welcome Kevin.

I loved the black and white polymer clay you did and I am really interested in your exploration of this topic. I wasn’t sure if you could turn it but it sounds like you can? Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Cheers

Thanks Ash - I am just getting started on the Polymer clay, but from what Ken told me, yes, it can be turned and sanded. Thanks for letting me know about the UK Penturners group! Now I still get to see your amazing fountain pens.

I think you’re off to a great start based on what I saw.
And I’m glad you’ve found us here. You’ll recognise a few faces but there are some other very talented, helpful and friendly folk who lurk in these waters. 😊😊👍👍
