Maybe a stupid question but If you paint your acrylic blanks with acrylic paint. How long do you leave to dry before glueing in the brass tube????

Silly answer until it is dry. Just make sure the tube is not a tight fit in the blank before you start as it will need space or you will scrape off the paint. Also depending on the adhesive you use will also depend on whether you paint the inside of the blank or the outside of the tube.

Always the hole, paint the hole with a cotton bud (Phil uses nail varnish) but it will hide the glue too

Er, let me um, set the matter straight before anyone gets the wrong idea. Phil uses nail varnish to paint the inside of the hole in a pen blank. I think that's perfectly clear now, thank you. :whistling:
