Greetings Pen Friends, from a fairly sunny Liverpool.

Heading home this morning, but got a bit of down time so thought I’d share this pen I made last week.

I’ve been doing quite a lot of wooden pens recently and have quite a lot of orders to get through.

This is black and red dyed and stabilised maple burr. The figure really came out in this one.

Acrylic accents and linings. Finished with a bit of silver and a chrome plated steel clip.

Cheers
Ash

You always seem to find nice blanks, either wood or acrylic and that's no exception.....that timber blank is stunning on its own, I love the white lines with the islands of red and natural colours. Great choice of tonal red to compliment, very nice job
