Sorby Proset measurements?

Forgot to purchase the Sorby proset for my new toy, Sorby pro edge, has anyone here got one and could you possibly let me know the measurements for each degree angle please ?

I don't have one either, I just use the pin holes on the machine to get my primary angles.... Everything else just follows
