Toggle clamp press

has any of the members used or made their own toggle pen press and if so can you tell me were I can get the parts to make one or am I better off buying one

Phil of Beaufort ink sells a good press, i think it disassembles as well.

I have 2 pen presses and an arbour press, but started out with a simple G cramp mounted in a vice....simple, cheap and very effective
