I found some of this at 'Turners Mill' I love the colouring. I found that sanding only really works for me with this material if done wet and slow. Two turns to uncap and a #6 bock nib unit with an architect nib from 'st penpps'.

Thank you all. Now, i just need to work out how to sand the inside profiles so i can make a demonstrator.......
Good game this turning lark innit.
Brian Gray, owner of Edison Pens and Meisternib, posted a video (LINK) that shows his method very clearly. It's one of the videos on that page, I don't remember which one. They are all worth a look though.
