What pens are these?

Found these at the back of a high shelf, can't even remember buying them. Problem is I've long forgotten what type of pen they are. Hoping someone can help to identify them.

Looks similar to a Sierra sorry just noticed it has two tubes. So not sure as Parker refill doesn't suit either slimline or streamline.....

Possibly this kit, or one very similar (from Berea, also sold by William Wood-Write) :-

Flat Top American pen kit chrome

Flat Top American twist ballpoint pen kit. Takes "Parker" style refill. Requires drill 8 mm, pen mill 8 mm, bushing 34A and mandrel A/ 7mm.
