Just wondering how many people would be intrested in a no2 morse taper to M33 X3.5 thread to use for ornamental turning as an option in the set up in the last two issues of Woodturning magazine by Chris Hart

Yes, I would be interested, but would need to ensure that the MT fitting is threaded so it can be locked in place..(tail end internally)

It would open up a few areas for me to use my chucks on other kit..:thinks:

In trust being a tight Scotsman the price will be right..:winking:

That link is to the MT 2 threaded for Myford Alan, not sure if that's what you intended..:thinks:

But that in a 33x3.5 is what I would be after yes, I was going to do one myself but the Die for the 33 put it out of reach do me.

My taper table for my myford has a part missing so I would have to buy one of those as well and that just doesn't add up for the extra flexibility I would get.

But if the price was right then I would be interested..

Can't you cut the 33x3.5 on your myford?

I was replying to Eamonn who has a myford.
