Started this a few months ago and put it aside.
When done (??) I should be able to mount it on the
left end of the headstock spindle of my Clausing metal lathe
and the wood lathe. 7-1/4'' x 60 tooth saw blade. Even with
carbide tools on the metal lathe it was tough to cut out the disc.

Two locating holes 60 indexing holes gives you a good range of indexing. Some holes are larger than others. Interesting when you finish.

Progress mate waiting for the finished job. When I was making mine I went to the most accurate source who stuffed it up and I used meshing gears.

I could have looked for a 60t gear but it's more fun this way:thinks:
OR, it might be ''a penny wise and a dollar foolish''

On U tube one time I viewed a guy making his indexing device another way apparently there are so many ways to do this. THere are many sources of drilled disks and pin connections around. I realised accuracy and infinite care are needed. Good luck mate. From my memory Clausing made some beaut metal lathes. What model Clausing is your lathe?
