I thought it looked like the Axminster one, only difference I could see was digital display of speed and different threads.

Those lathes abound over here,they demand quite some looking after,their design demands that.What is the price structure in the UK?

Both are similar price and apart from colour look same, but charnwood has indexing and speed readout.

Have a supplier of charnwood on doorstep and one about an hour away. Nearest Axminster is about an hour away too.

Was just hoping for feedback from someone who had used one!

Have to see if anything is reduced in the sales? fingers crossed.
