No experience of it myself, and not even come across it before your post. But but things to be aware of - can you mount a pen mandrel on it, and are you sure that run out is not going to cause a problem? There is a proxxon currently for sale elsewhere on the forum. Perhaps not the best, but certainly a known quantity, and many a member here has started out on a proxxon.

I bought some stuff from banggood turned out to be crap, found it very hard to get any communication with them, had to resort to third party to try to resolve the problem. Eventually they said to send back for refund, but the postage was 3/4 of the price of item. :sob:
They would allow me to leave negative feed back.

Firstly you neeed to know what length between centres and that info isn't available on the web site.

It is difficult to tell, what will fit it just from a photo.

As for a mandrel just buy a replacement mandrel shaft and shorten it to suit, simple..

But I wouldn't expect much from it as it's poorly made and the VSD is basic and electronics are open to the environment.

As for Bangood I have used them many times and never had a problem from them or with the stuff I have brought. Having said that they are renown for poor customer service outside their own country, Takes ya money takes ya chance.

Personally I wouldn't bother and look at buying a 2nd hand wood turning lathe..
