Got my bandsaw sorted so i thought I would get my scroll saw up and running ( got it from the same guy as the bandsaw)
A quick look at the hegner site confirms I am missing some parts, these parts are available at a price so was wondering if anyone has maybe moved to a better scroll saw and has these parts gathering dust, will trade Teak blanks for them 16mmx16mmx 150mm
Tension rod assembly M1-MSE x1
Blade clamp 0.7 mm x2
Table insert x1

:praying:

Cheers in advance

Good luck with that Ray,perhaps you could make the table insert. I doubt many would agree the saw is a lesser quality and needed stepping up to obtain.Mine cost 1200 AU at the time of purchase.

Hi Peter
The table insert is not a problem, and i have realised if i used pinned blades i wont need the blade holders, so will have a rummage around for a suitable size bolt to make the tensioner, unless I get an offer of the correct part
If i get it running im going to try my hand a serpentine blanks, will brighten up the teak a bit
Cheers

Thats the beastie im looking for but as I will only ever be doing cuts from the outside, a simple clamp would do, will have a good look in my " bits box" see what I have in there all I need is a long enough bolt and a couple of v shaped blocks
The ideal thing would be a pm from one of the guys saying he has one going dusty
Cheers
Ray
