I own a Record BS300E band saw. I am at present making some jigs to assist with cutting timber for pens and segment bowls.
I am looking for to purchase some bar to make a slide to allow my jig to accurately slide across the saw table.
It seems to be an odd size slot that record use.
I have tried using square section timber with a screw in each end to allow me to expand the timber for a tighter fit. But i am not very happy with that.
Does anyone know where i can purchase T section extruded bar to fit a record bandsaw table.
Kind Regards
Dave Williams

Hello David, I use timber runners, they are tight enough and I wax them. Cheaper option.:thumbs:
