Hi - I've been asked to make a cheese board and knife .. a quite simple job .. BUT .. I can't seem to find anyone that supplies the knife kit/components .. although I've seen them in the past I just can't track them down.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

Thanks

Tony

Just make sure that whatever you buy has a long tang to go into the handle (preferably with a fixing rivet hole) because there will be a fair force used on it on a hard cheese and people also try to push it through cheese board:rolling:!!

Thanks for your suggestions everyone - I've got a couple now on order so should get them in the next day or so.
