    Help - cheese knife kit/components

Hi - I've been asked to make a cheese board and knife .. a quite simple job .. BUT .. I can't seem to find anyone that supplies the knife kit/components .. although I've seen them in the past I just can't track them down.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

    Thanks

    Tony

Depending what you want, Prokraft and Turnersretreat have some.

Just make sure that whatever you buy has a long tang to go into the handle (preferably with a fixing rivet hole) because there will be a fair force used on it on a hard cheese and people also try to push it through cheese board!!
