This little life bowl was a real pleasure to turn it is only 4" with a polish finish also I have included a photo of my gallery in the garage

A lovely little bowl Woody, cheery cherry! I have a real soft spot for cherry, always makes me smile. :winking:

Some nice pieces in the gallery too, a closer look at some would be nice. :pray:

We have made the garage part of our home it has central heating I took the up and over door of boarded it up with a window in it so it is now our hobby room iw was were I did my metal work making tools and the likes but another thing old age made me give up :down:

That nice just need to wait for my half tonne of cherry and oak to dry and my 1 1/2 tonnes of ash

Well most of the cherry is choped the oak I have only had about a week and the ash I am waiting for the person to come with his mill

Cherry I turn wet into this sort of thing

Oak I would prefer to turn wet it gives big long streams of the chisel as you cut it as to splinters when dry which I hate turning to be honest

I have a few old sets of photos of how I do things like bowls and vases but some involve 12 photos and Im not sure if it would be OK to post so many
