Amazing Roy, looks really great, I imagine it was hard to turn.:thumbs:
tough as old boots to turn if I was too aggressive the shower of material coming off it was sharp and painful on the skin I had to make a plastic guard on my carbide cutter to divert it as was so uncomfortable

A great piece of casting but i must say the outside was a little of a let down but the inside is fantastic. I hope you understand what I am getting at.

I know what you mean Derek,I thought the same but like any turning you don't know how the inside will turn out until the job is done, perhaps next time I will cut the outside a bit deeper before I hollow out
