A customer does viking reenactments and needed a new dinner bowl but theres always a but has to be in european Oak
But i had a bowl blank 7 1/2 inch x 2 inch of european Oak been on the shelf for years finished in plain mineral oil

Being a Viking reenactor myself, the shape may not be archaeologically correct, but it is far less likely to tip over :wink:

Looks well turned Barry, as for the shape Chas is the resident expert he knows about the shape.

Strangely enough my dogs "Viking water bowl" was exactly that shape Derek :face::funny::funny:
