Nice work on that project.
A side note: Sycamores are dangerous trees. As they age, they tend to drop large heavy limbs with no warning.
My parent's had a neighbor who had an enormous Sycamore tree in their yard.
One sunny, calm day, with no warning, it dropped a limb.

That limb was over 24" in diameter, and about 25' long. It smashed a 10' X 10' steel shed my Dad owned.
Flatter than a pancake. Crushed everything in the shed as well.

Probably not the same wood Herb.
The English Sycamore is Acer pseudoplatanus, Whilst Sycamore in the US usually refers to Platanus occidentalis.

Oh, ok, thanks for the info. I know the American sycamores reach 125' in height, and big around as a small car.
Like a Mini Cooper. :doh:
