Bonus shop time [emoji16] so I even managed to finally finish off this 9 1/2" by 2 1/4" flamed beech bowl with grit and sheen. It's a while since I did a bowl so I'm very pleased with the result.

A real piece of art..

Kevin

Thanks Kevin - I've had the wood for a while now and it took me a while to figure out what to do with it. The "cloud effect" only appeared once I'd faced off the blank that's when I decided to put a small bowl into it. I was really pleased with it - first real arty piece I've done, not sure who gets the credit if me or the fantastic blank. Cheers
