    Hello Martin,

    Thanks for the post. I agree with you. The blank looked absolutely awful when it arrived. Some bits turned ok, others were hard going, Thank goodness for electric drills, pads and sandpaper.

    Thanks Derek, it was an education I must say. I did think that this one was going to be a fail. It took over two days, on and off but worth it. I am enjoying woodturning. pleased I took it up.
