8” x 3” bowl made & sold today Merbau wood commonly known as Borneo teak, Johnstone River teak, Kwila, Moluccan ironwood, Pacific teak I have given it a lacquer finish

Yew bowl 9” x 2” again with a lacquer finish also sold

Your not hanging around Dad.... Both in making and selling, that piece of Yew was rather nice... Lovely job on both those bowls :love_it::love_it:

Nice pair Woody but the yew wins it for me. I find many of the hardwoods like the first bowl are very much the same grain pattern as the tend to be from the same family of woods
