    eucalyptus wood

    Has anyone turned this before i'm getting a load well three 4' x 5" logs soon just thought I'd ask thanks Frankie.

    turns well it a pig to dry as it splits and is very wet

    As bellringer says, it can be a little porous, but it also gives you a nice finish, when freshly cut the smell is very powerful, but nice ...

    i find that the grain goes deeper brown nearer the heart wood
