Take a guess
I really like that blank & you've made a very good job of making the pen but as others have said the kit is a little different.

Perhaps it just because it is so stubby.

Stevem,

Things really are bad, you've turned some plastic!

Lots say they don't like the kit, but is it the kit, as in the way it fits together, poor design or do they mean the finished item looking like a pile of pants. I agree that the finished item is a pile of pants but I've sold quite a few of these to those who suffer from Carpal Tunnel problems.

The kit, to me , is ok, not the best but certainly not Polaris standard!

I have done 3 of these Neil, 2 wood & 1 plastic, and all have been snaffled by wimmin, apparently size does matter. The kit tho is a pile of pants & I won't be buying any more anytime soon.

As for turning plastic, well, I bought 5 pieces to see how they turn, bought some abranet like you suggested, now got 3 or 4 pieces left to try. Don't like the wishy washy colours like that light purple thing I did but this one aint bad.

Steven the bodger,

I support different it is different this kit all round as well as the blank there is someone for every pen you make I believe. I guess my appreciation of effort in seeing and doing promotes a well done from me, its size length wise makes it very handy, different colour scheme out of the ordinary imagination tops. Thanks for showing.

Kind regards Peter.
