Hello all,
as a nooby I'm gathering round me the various bits I think I need. I want to have a go at one or two click-action pens of my own, rather than as kits.
I don't seem to be able to buy the necessary spring and plunger mechanisms anywhere. Can anyone help me with this, or am I just not looking hard enough?

Cheers,Tony.

Yea, Thanks both, I've tried again hunting through the net but so far with no success.I think you're right I'll have to strip them out of cheap pens. I haven't seen any on offer from the kit manufacturers, seems strange they must be buying theirs from somewhere. Perhaps it's an Alibaba minimum order 10000 purchase.

I bought a fistful cheap as from flea bay, yielded great bits and pieces.I will search a pic of how I used one such or two with a huge cartridge.

A few pics using fountain pen bits in this case all of and a Kynock giant cartridge, lovely pen to use. I have severe doubts of clicks except those sold by very reputable dealers such as Beauforts clicks..
