Broken Omega Pen

I had a customer return a Omega pen to me in a broken state, the nib adapter had broken in half at the thread. I contacted Taylors Mirfield asking if they did spares for the Omega pens. Dan emailed me back saying there was a replacement in to post free of charge.
What a service i cannot sing his praises high enough

Good service means repeat business , well done TM quality products and quality service, its the way it should be :thumbs:
Lets face it even the best quality products can have occasionional problems / breakages but its the way the company deals with the problem that makes the difference , again well done TM
