Is there any way you can store your details on Beaufort Inks web site so you don't have to type in your name address etc every time you want to order any thing.

The answer is yes. There is a tick box in the checkout which says "remember my details for next time" If you tick that, it will automatically fill in all the name and address fields for you next time you visit.

Your details are stored via a cookie on your own machine. If your details didn't come up this time it's either because you didn't tick the box last time or because of your own cookie settings.

We're working on Login and account facilities at the moment too - so before too long you should be able to register and login, so you can see your order history and so on.

I’ve not very good with technology Dave but my guess is, you are probably using private mode on your browser?
I accidentally did it before & had to keep re-entering my login details in on every website I logged into, until discovered I was in private browser mode (iPad using safari).

Tried again to day and it worked fine. I used a different device. I obviously did something wrong or the settings on my PC are incorrect as you say. I will have to check.

Your details for the checkout are stored by a cookie on your own device Dave. It will be a setting on your device for sure, or if you tried placing your order on a device you've not used to do that before, then it won't have it stored at all.

We'll be doing better than that shortly though, as pretty soon you'll have the ability to register your details as an account, so you'll be able to log on to get your details, and even be able to see your order history I hope.

Watch this space.
