Hi Everyone,

I just kinda got into Milliput and I'm knocked out with some of it's
possibilities.

I just wondered, silly as it sounds, if anyone had applied
Milliput directly to the brass tube and lathed it down from there.....

Regards - Jim:drool:

Thanks everyone for replying.

I might give it a go, if so, I'll let you know how I fare.

For those who don't know of Lilliput, go to Youtube and search on 'Lilliput lathe'
and see some of the most amazingly thought out projects - superb !!!!

Thanks again for the replies and, best wishes to all - Jim:thumbs:

Hi all

Does anyone know how to colour Milliput? I have been given some White but would prefer Black, so I was thinking of adding some Aluminite colour to the mix. JUst wondering if anyone has tried it.

Cheers
Frederick

I would not add any colour to milliput. I am sure I saw a video on youtube about somebody adding colour and the gases it produced made him ill. Its not worth the risk when you can buy black milliput
