I just made my first kitless pen. Man it was tricky. Kudos to all you guys who make this look so easy.

I spent ages designing and planning it up front but lots of things happened during the build that I hadn't catered for. Also I made a pretty basic mistake in my dimensions during the design stage which I didn’t realise until I’d wasted three blanks.

Anyway here is the result. I need to make some aesthetic tweaks to the next one I make but I’m happy(ish) with the dimensions and the way it all fits together.

Big thanks to Phil for some excellent advice and guidance. It helped a lot.

That's very nice, I love the blank you chose too. Kit less is far from easy....or cheap, but that's a very good start:drool::drool:
