Well after all the bad news that I woke up too today, I decided to get away from it all, and locked myself in the mancave.
First I set up my new table saw.
Next I made a HDPE 2 blank mould ready for some casting.
Next I turned a Tempest using some of Dario's poplar Burl that I had previously stabilised.
Finally I emerged and saw that the world is still full of the same idiots that it was when I went in... which is a shame...

Still, rather pleased with the pen :-)

Neat pen Adie I tremble to think where we are all heading in the near future. In my great grandfathers time there were very few introduced people in Sth Australia who all helped out each other at harvest etc returning home to find poisoned water holes and wells, family killed.

The indigenous people felt the same way we feel today, just imagine when my ancestors joined together and massacred the indigenous people. Guess thats how these things commence. Invasion of one anothers so called rights.

Peter.
