Yes it wood. I know it may be a shock to see me posting something other than resin and I almost forgot what it like to turn wood.
I didn't even vacuum resin in to it either.
Think the files finally getting to me.

Anyway. I had made some thin blue line tube on blanks and decided to try some wooden ones. So here is one of those blanks.
Lightly Spalted beech with a blue core fitted to a gunmetal Sigma.

Photos not the best need to sort this phone out as camera really playing up lately.
