This is a gunmetal Omega kit, with stabilized Elm.

My first Omega. I really love this kit.

Sanded to 1000 grit, two coats of sanding sealer, four of Melamine, Carnuba topcoat.

Great kit and it's a lovely pen to write with.
Writes better, for me at least, without the cap screwed to the back end. Really fits my hand.

That a gorgeous bit of wood Karl! and turned beautifully to. I've never really been much of a fan of gunmetal but it looks great on this.
