Cheers, love the wood and took my time lining up the nib and other pen parts to get the alligment of the grain just right before assembly, watched the video on phils site about making the mistral prob 4 times before i started the assembly, I think i got it right

Ray,rounding out was the call,this has been achieved IMHO so using this lovely timber should please the customer no end.The message re Bullet Pens on the reverse of your background though interesting tends to lessen the image.I use discontinued Picassa 3 as my choice of library etc. It has features for cropping etc ,there are many such programs mate at your disposal. Love the pen.

Looks good Ray and ifthe customer is happy that is what really matters. I find it quite nice when someone asks me to do something a little different, even if my natural inclination is sometimes against what they are asking for.
