This mornings effort a rhodium Alpha dressed in snakewood, with a CA finish

Once again shown as either a fountain pen or rollerball

It's a waiting game now

Yes i've placed it on a stand and will keep having a look at it watching for cracks, it would be a shame if that happens but...........

I haven't had these blanks long, maybe I should have waited another 6 months before turning

It never drys fully

Presumably if it was stabilised Snakewood would be predictable ? I've never seen it so not sure if it is oily etc that may make stabilising touch and go. Seems a pity to let such a great pen possibly fall over
