I made this one this morning a very simple design just a few 45deg cuts and laminate some plastic strips then cut them to length and stick them all together

It really is simple guys all you do is first laminate the three lengths of plastic then cut two pen blanks roughly to size depending on the kits you're using let's say a sierra then close to one end cut at 45deg so you end up with two black and two white stick each Pr together with a piece of your laminated plastic in between them then stick another piece on one en then cut the blank to the right length min the thickness of the laminated plastic which will be made up when you stick the plastic on the end then you will have mirror image set of blanks job done see easy good luck and I look forward to seeing your results
