There is no need to worry about entering a competition, it's an experience in itself and as you now know it's fun and you are now more experienced at competitions than you were before. A great looking pen:thumbs:

That looks a good pen. Every time you enter a competition it makes you a better turner because you try that bit harder & it's another one made which adds to your experience.:thumbs:

Yes I wanted to enter the last two competitions unfortunately my wife was ill, she got better and I became ill. I would say its age but I am only 52. Still onwards and upwards. Experienced gained and fun was had so from my point of view I didn't lose, I won. Looking forward to the next.

You see, I really like this pen.

The shape and what you can do with the simple slimline depicts what pen turning is all about.

It really is a great pen, well turned and great shape, different from the norm.

Your pens have come along really well since the first ones you posted Simon, to me seeing the progress is really great to see.
