Oh err, I like that Johnny.

Nice bit of colour on the pink ivory.

Interesting finish as well, looked at it a few times but the precautions needed put me off it.

Be nice to have your thoughts on using it and what the finish is like as well.

Just had a look at the MSDS , scary,
Too be honest i mixed it using syringes and the amount i used for 3 pen finishes was 5 ml in total, made the first one a week ago and used the same mix today. Did not notice any fumes, used a rubber gloved finger to apply the finish , dry and useable within 2 hours.
time will tell if it holds up as a durable finish , put on 3 coats and did not burnish this one. I am well pleased with end result.

That's a good looking pen Jonny with a finish to match, the more I see of the Tempest the more I like it will definitely have to order some.

Don't you just love it!

The idea is look at that first Johnny.

Reminds me of when I was a kid putting creasote on a fence, only saw the MSDS for that about 2 years ago. Bit late now init.:rolling:

I like the look of a creasoted fence. And I like the look of this finished pen Johnny..:thinks:
