My granddaughter asked me to make a Harry Potter Fountain Pen as she is just starting to use a Fountain Pen at School.I had one piece of wood left taken from the floor boards taken from the High Table Area at Christ Church College, Oxford.Dan had just sent me Omega Kits which I had never used before so hear goes. I hope she likes it for a birthday present.

John does this help
HARRY POTTER PENS
These pens are made using floorboards of recycled OAK from the HIGH TABLE AREA used for the filming of the GREAT HALL in HARRY POTTER Films. The wood came from the Antique Floorboards of Christ Church College, Oxford and the room was recreated in a study area.

First blush I thought whats all this about Harry Potter thanks for the explanation. The inference may be valid for followers but provenance is vital in pens giving reverence to floorboards in this instance.

Thanks for sharing Glen your granddaughter should be chuffed it fulfills all the need and besides is a jolly gtood pen.

Peter.
