Have you used this much as i am now going to try using this finish for my pens this week i had a word with chestnut at newark show as was told if you can leave the finish 24 hours then use a burnshing cream the pen should take on a really nice shine or you can burnish it after it has gone off. I have just been reading phil darts write up of how he uses it

I more or less apply it the same as Phil does. It takes about three minutes to put five coats on. Finish then with microcrystalline wax. The photo doesn't show the shine properly I'm afraid.
