Afternoon,
Me - I've been experimenting with kitless (spell checker keeps on correcting that to witless.... premonition perhaps:wink:) pens.

Here are my first two real attempts at complete pens.

The acrylic is Shockwave with an Ebonite section, #6 Bock nib.
Closed length 145mm
Section 23mm
Diameter 16.2mm
Weight 23g

The other pen is Ash with an Ebonite section, #6 Bock nibs.
Closed length - 148 mm
Diameter - 16 mm
Section diameter - 24 mm
Weight 19g

As ever, comments and critiques please.

Chriscb

I have just received a package containing some 7.63x54R cartridge cases and some bullets. I am sat reading and trying to fathom out how to turn them into pens.:scratch_head:

Very nice work. I really must get around to making some pens out of cartridges. I have a few so no excuse really other than it's bl...dy freezing in the workshop.

Cheers

Beautiful pens Cris,I enjoyed the contrasting styles with special pics The no6 Brock nibs seem to be the in thing and suit the pens.

They're looking great Chris. They're both lovely, but I particularly like the contrast on the ash/black one.

As for me, I've been working like a dog, trying to keep up with orders from people with too much time on their hands. This is the first time I've even had time to log on to the forum for over a week.

Shocking:thinks:
