Been digging in my stash the timber pics sliced branch wood from Africa about 15 yrs ago. I had an A:thumbs::thumbs:frican friend who traded his Village members goods includingCarved animals etc,he arranged for a few pieces of this timber untouched beside harvesting just for me.

Peter.

Now that's very very nice, lovely history to it, but an even better finish, your friend would not be disappointed with those results.... Really nice job mate:drool::drool:

Another cracker Peter, love the facets. They look immaculate. I’m going to try this one day and will be delighted if I can get anywhere close to what you’ve done here.
Cheers,
Ash

Stunning as usual Peter.

You are the master of the hexagonal pens, impeccable finish as well..

Nice bit of history with the woods as well.
