That works, love the way the lines in the blank follow through to the design in the kit... Very nice.. Nice character in the blank too.... Well done :drool::drool:

Eamonn, sorry, it might just be because it is monkey puzzle, I don’t know, but I don’t like the stuff, never have done, think it’s ghastly stuff. You have done a mighty fine job of polishing the proverbial turd! But a turd is always a turd!

Yep, agree it’s not the nicest of stuff and many would say it’s best chucked on the fire.

But whatever the customer wants they get. (They haven’t seen it yet so may think the same as you when they do:funny:)

Some of the outstanding pens have used this timber,yours is interesting to me.

Thankyou Peter, this was a piece that I had cut off from the limb section before I turned the bowl, pointless wasting it.

I am not a fan of wood but that looks fine to me. Well done.:thumbs:

Neither am I to be honest. had 4 bowls to do, I'm on my last one now and hope its the last I see of Chilean pine.:rolling:
