Here is a slimline / euro/ bitsa dis bitsa dat ball point I made up last evening basically using odds and ends from the parts and offcuts bins . Uses a euro centre band slimline nib a roundtop clip and finnial and two standard length 7mm tubes giving the stubby upper body effect wood is Purple Heart and Laburnam........ from the garden!!!
Finish is grain sealer applied on lathe at 500rpm wipe down with Turpentine then several coats of finishing wax again at 500rpm.

Thanks, but I did do a boo boo in my post:nooidea:........ I washed the blanks off with turpentine then grain sealer the turpentine lets the grain open to recive the sealer then final sanding wipe down then polish as I said this gets the polish to build up on the sealer.

I use Liberon grain sealer. Its a liquid. Bought it last from Endless green, I know Axminster also supply it and I think Stiles and Bates as well
