... on a segmented blank I got to looking at a piece of off-cut Walnut. The only way I could get anything useful out of it was to cut cross-grain, which I've never done before. I opted for a Cigar so as not to risk one of my 'premium' FP kits on an experiment, and this is how she turned out:

That would have looked nice on the premium kit David ... Very nice indeed ... :thumbs:
