Multi purpose end squaring blanks for different kits.

Pic 1 overall location of the Sander, mounted on an old Woodfast lathe bed. Use the sander on the shaft of the old lathe for general purposes.

Fitted a new velcro fastened 120 grit to the Sander using a sheet of non stick between in situ, saves stripping the bed etc. The Plastic Thongs I use to clean the disk, two sets of punches,Imperial and Metric dedicated to this system, the Drill Chuck bought for a hammer drill they are deeper than normal drill chucks, better holding. The new set up bolted to the Mitre Square. The chuck fitted by press into a firm hole in the black polycarbonate 1/2 inch shaft. The Black Poly drilled and tapped in the 1/4 inch angle aluminium.
Fitted square all round to the Sander Disk.

Peter.
