While playing with the water slide decals I put one onto a brass tube that hadn't been polished or had anything done to it. A friend who was in the Royal Engineers asked me if I could do a belt buckle badge for him and so just had a play. Typically its the best water slide one I've done and the picture is rubbish and the tube needs polishing.

I need to find a good picture of a RE belt buckle, anyone got one?

Bloody Hell Paul I absolutelely love that. My son has just come out of the Army after serving for 22 years in the Royal Engineers.

I would be very much interested in making him and some of his Ex Sapper mates some of these as gifts.

This might be a good start for my Casting Learning Curve.

I will ask him about the belt buckle I know he has kept his so I can take some photos of it . I can also take some photos of the Cap Badge.

If you don't mind could you keep me informed on how you progress with this one.

Very nicely done.
Any issues with Copyright/Trademark infringement?

I don,'t really know Les but I don't think its a problem and I've already shown a few senior military people that haven't said anything.

That looks brilliant Paul  Are the waterslide decals easy to make. :thinks:

I just put them through the printer Don. Unfortunately you have to do a whole sheet at a time so if you cock it up you've wrecked a whole sheet
