I need a Gavel to use at the York do on 18th July!

Before Grump says anything, No, I don't have time to make one myself init!:face:

Post here if you want a go?

The block will be a waney edge piece of wood that I would like every body attending to sign!

The finished item will be given to the charity of the majority choice, unless any one has a better idea!
Let me know what you think?
Neil

An interesting end result musing the value of forum signed memorabiliia to a charity. Antiques roadshow springs to mind in fifty years.

Is that not what York is all about? A roadshow for all the antiques on here and other places to attend [emoji39] [emoji6] [emoji41] [emoji12] [emoji13] [emoji33] [emoji33]

If you can make the gavel and a striking block that can be fixed to the plank, it would be great!

Neil can I suggest you raffle the gavel & put the money towards your school fund, after all it's your day. My charity is being helped already by many generous people.
